According to authorized sources from the Ministry of Industry, the final text of the new ITC has been approved by the new Secretary of Industry and its General Director, and it has undergone administrative processing for its next approval in the Council of Ministers. The publication of the text can be expected to occur in the short term. Two possible dates are being considered for its enforcement: either July 2024 or January 2025.
